1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbji ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms in full before using any service through tbji's website, mobile application, or any other channel.

tbji is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and many other gaming options.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register with or use tbji, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. tbji may request proof of identity or age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one tbji account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, tbji reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds held in them. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, please contact support in advance.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• You must register using accurate and complete information.
• The account must be operated in your own name and with your own funds.
• Placing bets on behalf of a professional gamer, team, or any third party is prohibited.

• Completing registration is considered acceptance of these Terms.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your tbji account is your own responsibility. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• Change your password regularly.
• Do not use the same password on other websites.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and notify support.

3.2 Account Responsibility

3.3 Suspicious Activity

tbji automatically monitors account activity. If suspicious or unusual activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and we may make contact for further investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits

New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To claim and withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 10 times (10x).

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The bonus is usable on specific games only — refer to the detailed terms of each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time (unless explicitly stated).
• If evidence of fraud or a breach of terms is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses apply only against real money deposits.

5.2 VIP Program

The tbji VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular betting activity.

5.4 Promotion Changes

tbji reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. tbji is not liable if a bet is voided due to internet disconnection or a technical issue. The specific rules of each game apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with our void policy.
• tbji reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error affects the outcome of a game, tbji reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Winnings claimed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Use of an account by minors (under 21 years of age).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to facilitate any illegal activity.
• Manipulation or gaining an unfair advantage to claim bonus benefits.
• Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Arbitrage betting or strategies that guarantee profit.
• Use of a third party's account or payment method.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or security.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

7.2 Consequences

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and applicable legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from a user's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays by third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

8.2 Service Continuity

tbji always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen reasons. tbji is not obligated to provide compensation in such situations.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We are committed to a fair and prompt resolution. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, there is an option for review at a higher level.
